Rusty Iron Acres curious lamb

2026 lambing starts in late April. Lambs will be available in mid-July. They are $300 unregistered and $400 registered.  

We are sold out of lambs for 2025 and do not have any mature sheep for sale.

Contact us if you would like to purchase or put a deposit on 2026 lambs. In most years lambs sell FAST, primarily secured by deposits in the previous fall, and will likely again in 2026.

**NOTE: We are working on requirements to export live sheep from Canada into the USA.**  

By custom order, we have farm fresh, government inspected, frozen lamb for sale. If customers prefer smaller, younger lambs that can be arranged now too. Our customers complete a cut sheet, we take the lamb for processing, and our customers pick up their frozen lamb at our farm. Lambs are grazed on a mix of native grass pasture and seeded forage pasture. They are taken off at first frost and fed oats to help finish. Our market lambs typically average 60-65lbs off pasture and can weigh over 100 lbs. In 2018, we had several 5 month old ram lambs tip the scales over 100 lbs at auction- straight off grass pasture. NOTE: we are accepting deposits for meat lambs now.
